30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

Eligible Items All products sold on PanisTech.com are eligible for return, including security cameras, dash cams, soundbars, TV mounts, and smartwatches, provided they meet the conditions above.

Non-Eligible Items

• Items showing signs of physical damage caused after delivery
• Products with broken seals on software or firmware components
• Items missing original packaging or accessories

How to Request a Return Email us at panistech@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Warranty Our electronics are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims do not require return shipping costs from the customer.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order
